「昨日東京入管へ行って分かったことだが、現在女性被収容者のブロックでは難民申請のための書類を職員が渡すのを拒否している。

外部の人が差し入れたものを記入し提出しようとしても職員に「受理しない」と言われるという。

たった1ヶ月前に男性の被収容者と面会した時はその場で申請書類を貰えた。

「ブロック担当にお願いすればもらえる」と職員は言っていたが、全くの嘘。

存在もしない恣意的なルールで難民申請を拒否し、いつでも送還できるようにしようとしている。

面会者からも評判が悪く、今回女性の被収容者に勝手に「難民申請書類は渡せません」と言っていたのは女性職員B1604。
7階の面会受付で新人研修も担当していて、被収容者をバカにする態度で勝手にルール変更することを新人にも教えているのだろう。」
